In order to ensure the security of your personal data, OUR COMPANY may contact you within seven (7) days from the date on which your application for information is received by OUR COMPANY, in order to confirm that you are the data owner, and may request some information and documents from you in this regard. In this context, the information and documents you have provided to us will be destroyed immediately following confirmation that you are the data owner.
If the requested information and documents are incomplete, the information and documents must be completed and forwarded to us upon our request. The thirty (30) day period specified in KVKK article 13/2 regarding the finalization of the request will be suspended until the information and documents are fully delivered to us.
